RM House is a prototype project of responsible renovation.

The owner wanted not only a house but a place of living, where they can live, play, work, enjoy a hobby, and cuddle up through family time. The design adapted the original layout of the building,with a whole new concept that lets the house breathe with natural ventilations and green spaces. By recycling steel waste from other construction projects, the structure was planned to be built without interrupting the neighbors. And by providing rain water harvesting and food waste composting systems, the house was made to let the users implement a sustainable lifestyle.
